„Say STOP to Mobile Piracy”

§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The competition is organized under the name „Say STOP to Mobile Piracy” and is hereinafter referred to as: „Competition”.
  2. The Organizer of the Competition is MobileWorld24.pl with its seat at ul. Wodna 13, 97-500 Radomsko, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  3. The competition prizes are funded by Kruger & Matz and Logitech, hereinafter referred to as the Founders.
  4. The Competition Regulations are available on the Internet at https://mobileworld24.pl/regulamin-konkursu/.
  5. The competition runs from 20/10/2015 to 03/11/2015 until 23:59.
  6. The competition takes place according to the rules of these regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations. Participation in the Competition is tantamount to reading and acceptance by the Participant of the provisions of the Regulations, and also constitutes the Participant’s obligation to comply with its provisions.

 §2

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

 

  1. A Competition Participant („Participant”) may be any natural person who:

1.1. has full legal capacity. Persons with limited legal capacity take part in the Competition with the consent of their statutory representative or legal guardian expressed in writing under pain of nullity.

1.2. is not an employee or associate of the MobileWorld24.pl portal; the Competition cannot be entered by the closest persons in relation to the persons mentioned in section 1.2., i.e. persons who are: a spouse, a descendant, a descendant, siblings, a first degree relative in a straight line, an adoptive person or their spouse, as well as a person remaining living together.

  1. The condition for participation in the Competition is the fulfillment of the following conditions:

2.1. a person taking part in the Competition must have the status of a Participant in accordance with § 2 sec. 1.

2.2. a person taking part in the competition should like the fanpage of MobileWorld24.pl.

2.3 a person taking part in the Competition must send their work in the form of a prepared shanties in any form (e.g. only the text of the shanties, a recorded song or a prepared music video) send it to the following address competition@mobileworld24.pl. Each Participant has the right to submit only one application.

  1. The Competition Participant agrees to the free use of the work sent by him by MobileWorld24.pl at any time and in any form, by posting it on the Internet at mobileworld24.pl and the fanpage of the portal on Facebook.
  2. The Organizer is the administrator of personal data provided by Competition Participants. Personal data will be processed only for the purposes related to the Competition, i.e. for purposes related to the organization and conduct of the Competition, the issuance of prizes and other obligations under the Regulations.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to issue the prize. Persons providing personal data have the right to access and inspect data, correct them and request removal.
  4. Participants consent to the processing of personal data once for the purposes of the Competition, within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883) and consent to the publication of their personal data on the list of Winners posted on the website www.mobileworld24.pl, within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883).

§3

AWARDS

  1. The main prize in the Competition is the Kruger & Matz Live 2 smartphone worth PLN 499 gross. The consolation prizes are 6 Logitech accessories, the winner has the option to choose an accessory from the list of devices in Annex 1.
  2. In order to ensure the proper organization and conduct of the Competition, the Organizer appoints a special competition committee composed of the editors of the MobileWorld24.pl portal. Each member of the jury has an equally valuable vote, the work that receives the most points in the voting will win the competition. The submitted works will be assessed in particular in terms of creativity and connection with the topic of mobile piracy. Any doubts regarding the rules of the Competition, the provisions of its Regulations and interpretation will be resolved by the Organizer.
  3. The results of the Competition will be posted on MobileWorld24.pl, as well as on the fanpage of the portal on Facebook.
  4. The winner of the prize will be notified of the prize by e-mail within 10 (ten) working days from the end of the Competition, to the e-mail address provided by him during the Competition. The awards referred to in paragraph 3 sec. 1) will be sent to the prize-winners within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the contact details necessary for shipping the prizes from the winners.
  5. The prizes will be sent by post to the address provided by the awarded persons. The donor of the award in the form of the Kruger and Matz Live 2 smartphone is the Founder – Kruger and Matz, in the case of Logitech accessories, the donor is the Founder – Logitech.
  6. The organizer is not responsible for the time of delivery of the prizes by post.
  7. Prize shipping costs are covered by the Founders – Kruger and Matz and Logitech.
  8. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.

§ 4

COMPLAINTS

  1. Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by the Participants in writing during the Competition, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its completion.
  2. Complaints submitted after the deadline will not be considered. In order to assess compliance with the deadline for submitting a complaint, the date of receipt of the package with the complaint by the Organizer is important.
  3. A written complaint should include: name, surname, exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organiser’s address.
  4. Complaints will be considered by the Commission referred to in § 3 sec. 2, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their receipt. The person submitting the complaint will be informed about the method of considering the complaint by e-mail or registered mail. The notification will be made to the address indicated in the complaint. The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be appealed again.
  5. The organizer is not responsible for malfunctioning, including failure to deliver the parcel by entities responsible for it (Poczta Polska).

§ 5

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The competition is not a game of chance, a raffle lottery, a mutual bet or a promotional lottery, the result of which depends on the case (draw is carried out) within the meaning of Art. 2 of the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling.
  2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  3. Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
  4. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition, as well as extend its duration. Information about the changes will be posted at mobileworld24.pl , as well as on the fanpage of the portal on Facebook.
  5. The Organizer is not responsible for the functioning of the networks through which Participants submit their competition entries.
  6. The Organizer is not responsible for any irregularities resulting from disruptions to ICT networks, the content sent in the application, individual settings of the devices with which the Participant sends the application, or the methods of their configuration, as well as the settings of the network operators through which the applications are sent.
  7. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical damage or malfunctions of the Competition Participants’ computer hardware or software.
  8. The provisions of the Competition are the sole basis for the conduct of the Competition, and their presentation and interpretation rests solely with the Competition Committee.
